The nutrition challenge was a pretty eye-opening experience for me in a very positive way. I was expecting to simply eat healthier and drink less but it was much more than that. CFPB provided extremely detailed macro charts tailer fitted to my age/height/weight and what time of the day I was working out. They also provided great and simple recipes for every single meal. Two weeks into the challenge, I was definitely feeling and seeing the benefits of eating right. BMI was dropping and I had a lot more in the tank for WODs. I feel off the bandwagon due to life, but I gained a lot of knowledge and have transferred what I learned into making healthier and smarter choices daily, in a way that is sustainable for me.
