CrossFit Kids/Teens

Fitness made fun for kids and teens

Our kids program is awesome. It’s ultimate goal is to make fitness – and specifically CrossFit – fun and safe for your children. Kids older than 14 are welcome to join our regular CrossFIt classes.  All of our coaches are trained to scale the workouts back for younger or older populations.

Arrive early

Arrive about 5-10 min early for the first class. During this time we’ll get your son or daughter registered in our system and we will take a tour of the building. This is only necessary for your first class.

Have fun!

Your kids are here to have fun while they are learning how to move safely and efficiently. Please bring a water bottle for each child. Also, please be sure that your son or daughter has a snack an hour prior or a meal 2-3 hours prior to class.

CrossFit Kids

1 Kid $99 per month
2 Kids $149 per month
3 Kids $175 per month

The skills addressed expand to include the majority of CrossFit’s foundational and auxiliary movements and the time frame extends to accommodate the developing abilities of kids 8-14 years.
