CrossFit & Sweat WODs Thurs Feb 6th 2020


A special Valentines day contest for our couples! Put your names and the date in the sparkly envelope at the front desk every time you workout together. Every workout together is an entry and increases your chances of winning. Remember if your person doesn’t work out here, they can always try 2 classes for free!
These are the official parking rules and you may be towed if you ignore them.

 

CrossFit:

A.) Push/Pull superset
5 Sets:
5 Strict Press (Climbing)
Immediately into;
10 Barbell Bent Over Rows
Immediately into;
50 Double unders
Rest 90sec.
B.) 12 Rounds:
10 Wall Balls (20/14lb.)
3 Devil Press (45/30s)

Time CAP: 17min.

ADV 50/35s

Cool Down:

Walk 200m

At least 1 min each side

 

Sweat:

For Time:
50-40-30-20-10
Wall Balls (20/14)
Box Jumps (24/20″)
American Kettlebell Swings (53/35lb)

*Run 400m After Each Set

This is the classic Hero WOD called, “Morrison,” but with a 400m run added in.

Time CAP: 35min.
