Our next challenge starts on Jan 7th! Let us help you reach your goals! We provide you with everything you need to see results during the six week challenge. Here is what is included:
You get a diet plan customized to you, your needs and activity level. With your specific diet in mind we teach you exactly how you should be logging and monitoring your food intake.
You will be assigned a coach who will look at your daily food logs at the end of each week and coach you on what to work on for the next week of the challenge. The coach isn’t just looking at your calories, they will be looking at your protein, fat and carbohydrate intakes as well as vitamins and minerals essential to reach your goals.
Every week there is a “Team” meeting where we discuss struggles, stress, sleep and other factors that inhibit body fat loss and there is time at the end of each meeting for one on one, face to face coaching if ever needed.
In addition to all this we also plan weekly outings and events to help you change your lifestyle from happy hours and eating out to quality time with friends or family that support your goals.
