This class uses bodyweight exercises, Kettlebells, weighted Medicine Balls, and cardio intervals to tone and burn fat. Perfect for beginners or if you don’t feel quite ready for CrossFit. This class is MWF at 6pm $110/Month unlimited or you can get a 10 class punch card for $115.
