CrossFit Classes

The backbone of our program is traditional CrossFit workouts, focusing on strength, conditioning, and mobility. These workouts combine gymnastics, weightlifting, and metabolic conditioning in varying degrees and durations to create unparalleled results. From the basic (but all-important) air squat all the way to the very technical muscle up and Olympic lifts, we utilize them all and make it workable for anyone at any level of fitness. We build strength, endurance, agility, technical ability, and general awareness of body and mind by training movements that support functional ability and translate to real life. And of course, there are the aesthetic benefits, too.

STRONG

This class is designed to build muscle and increase strength and aesthetics.  This 3x a week program delivers full body workouts that utilize strict movements and structured work to rest periods that maximize your hour workout.  The program progresses and builds on itself each week offering a new challenge each week so you never plateau and always keep your body guessing.  Come try your first class for FREE! MWF 6:30am, 12pm, 5pm & 7pm (6pm on Friday).  The STRONG membership rate is $99/month.  STRONG classes are included free with the Unlimited CrossFit membership for $169/month with a 3 month contract.

SWEAT Class

Everything you love about CrossFit class without the heavy weights and complex barbell movements. This class uses bodyweight exercises, Kettlebells, weighted Medicine Balls, and cardio intervals to tone and burn fat.  Perfect for beginners or if you don’t feel quite ready for CrossFit.  This class is MWF at 6pm $110/Month unlimited or you can get a 10 class punch card for $115.

Mom’s Class

This program is specifically for mom’s and pregnant women looking to stay fit through motherhood and find their way to an even better body after the baby comes, it’s also great for busy mom’s who need to get their workout done in an hour or less. The workouts are designed to target problem areas for each mom and tailored specifically towards each woman in the class and their individual needs. The first class is free! And mom’s are welcome to bring their children. Membership is $200/month and is limited to 10 people per class.

Youth Strength and Conditioning

Tuesday and Thursday at 3pm, ages 8-14, with certified CrossFit Kids Coach Jenny. The youth program focuses on developing: strength, coordination, speed, agility, balance, focus, leadership skills, improving sports performance, teamwork, anti-bullying tactics, and most of all making fitness FUN! Kids can try their first class for free!

Sunday Skool
